Refund Policy

At Dr. P Nombona Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality dermatological care and patient satisfaction. As part of our professional and ethical standards, all treatments and procedures are thoroughly explained during consultations, including the expected outcomes, risks, and costs. Due to the nature of medical and cosmetic dermatology services—many of which are personalized and involve time, products, or procedures—refunds are not issued for services rendered, including consultations, treatments, or prepaid packages.

If a patient experiences an unexpected issue following a treatment, we encourage them to contact the clinic promptly so we can assess and offer appropriate follow-up care or corrective options where clinically necessary. Refunds on skincare products may be considered if the product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of payment. We do not accept returns on prescription-based or opened medical-grade products for hygiene and safety reasons.
