By accessing and using the services of Dr. P Nombona Inc., you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both our patients and our practice, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and the highest standard of care.

All medical and aesthetic consultations are conducted by qualified personnel and are intended to provide patients with accurate diagnoses and treatment plans based on individual needs. Please note that treatment results may vary from person to person, and while we strive for the best outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding the success or duration of treatment results.

Appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed via our booking platform, phone, or in person. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

All fees for services and products are to be settled in full on the day of treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are not issued for treatments already administered or for prepaid packages, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds for unused, unopened skincare products may be considered within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.

Patient confidentiality is treated with the utmost care. All personal and medical information provided is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment, or administrative requirements in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

By engaging with our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you accept full responsibility for following the treatment protocols advised by our clinicians. Dr. P Nombona Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
